Project Appointments

Scope Painting may act as commercial head contractor, project manager, procurement adviser or contractor-support provider. The applicable role, services, fees, programme, contracting parties, responsibilities, licences and insurance are confirmed for each engagement in writing.

Separate Service Lines

Scope Painting may provide agreed services to asset owners or painting contractors. We do not act for competing parties on the same procurement or project and we do not share one party’s confidential commercial information with another.

Delivery Arrangements And Historical Experience

Each new project identifies the contracting and delivery parties in writing. Historical examples involving Colonial Painting describe that business’s past delivery role and Scope’s contribution. They do not represent a commitment that Colonial will deliver future work or a transfer of its contracts, warranties or liabilities.
