How we start
Send the location, photos, drawings or quotes and tell us the decision you need to make.
We confirm whether a desktop review, site visit or specialist input is useful, then agree the outputs and fee.
Receive the agreed scope or review and discuss the next step towards procurement or delivery.
Common questions
A straightforward painting enquiry may lead to a quote. A condition assessment, written scope or detailed quote-comparison exercise is a separate paid service, with the fee agreed first.
No. You can commission a defined assessment or scoping service on its own. Any later painting or coordination engagement is proposed separately.
Yes. Share the proposals and any drawings or existing scope. We identify comparable items, exclusions and questions; a site assessment may be needed where the condition is unclear.
Start with your priority
Tell us what is happening, where you need help and your timing. We’ll discuss the fit and confirm the next step before paid work begins.
